As a Holistic Healing and Health Practitioner, Afro dance teacher, Reiki Master, Meditation and Yoga teacher, I incorporate different modalities and tools for you to facilitate in your healing and well-being.

As Women, we are bombarded with many untruths about our bodies and being. It is time for us to take full responsibility of our lives, health and happiness for ourselves, family community and Mother Earth ❤️.
